Every once in a while, you might see a message from me pop up in your inbox that goes something like:
“hi, this is random… but would you ever want to step in front of my camera?”
and yes, i know it might feel a little unexpected (maybe even a little weird at first!) to be asked out of the blue. but here’s the truth: if i reach out, it’s because something about you inspires me. maybe it’s your energy, your style, your story, or simply the way you carry yourself. something sparks, and my creative heart says, i want to capture that.
you are never obligated to say yes. honestly, you can ignore me, and that’s completely okay. but if you do say yes, here’s what you can expect: we’ll create together. we’ll laugh, maybe get a little messy, and chase the light in ways that make time stand still. we’ll make art, not stiff poses or perfect smiles, but real, raw, genuine images that feel like you.
so if a message from me ever shows up, take it as a compliment. it means you caught my eye in the best way, and i’d be honored to photograph you. and if you ever want to raise your hand first and say, hey Tashenna, pick me! i’d love that even more. 🖤
